Science Enrichment Days
Primary Science Matters organizes Science Days for schools when the students spend a day involved in hands-on science activities. Typically the day begins with a short science show followed by the students moving to four or five science activities each lasting approximately 45 minutes. At the end of the day the students assemble to describe some of the experiments they have carried out during the day.
Working with the school Science Coordinator, Primary Science Matters will:
- plan the science activities
- provide professional learning for the teachers
- supply a blackline master of a series of fun experiments the students can do at home
- teach the introductory science show
